These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of rebelo.in and purchases from REBELO (“REBELO”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By visiting the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on our website. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

1. Online store terms

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You may use our services only for lawful, personal purposes and must not transmit malicious code, interfere with the website or violate another person’s rights.

2. Store platform

Our online store is powered by Shopify. Purchases made from REBELO are transactions between you and REBELO; Shopify provides the commerce platform and is not the seller of our products.

3. Products and display

We sell apparel and related products, including items that may be printed or produced after an order is placed. We try to present product photographs, mockups, colours, artwork, measurements and descriptions accurately. Screen settings, lighting, fabric batches, print placement and normal manufacturing tolerances may cause minor differences. Please review the product description and size guide before ordering.

We may limit quantities, withdraw products, change descriptions or correct errors where reasonably necessary. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.

4. Prices, payments and promotions

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Taxes, delivery charges and Cash on Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated conditions and may not be combined unless expressly allowed. You confirm that the payment and account information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

5. Orders

An order acknowledgement does not always mean final acceptance. We may refuse, limit or cancel an order because of availability, pricing or description errors, payment or fraud concerns, delivery restrictions or suspected resale. If we cancel a prepaid order after payment, we will refund the amount collected for the cancelled item or order.

You are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and reachable phone number. Changes or cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and may not be possible after printing or production begins.

6. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. Printing, courier operations, weather, festivals, disruptions, remote locations or events beyond our reasonable control may affect timing. Please review our Delivery Policy for current details.

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Returns, size exchanges, replacements, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

8. Intellectual property

The REBELO name, logo, website design, text, artwork, graphics, photographs, video and other content are owned by or licensed to REBELO and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping only. You may not reproduce, scrape, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

9. Reviews, feedback and submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, feedback or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is lawful, accurate and does not infringe another person’s rights. You grant REBELO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content for operating, improving and promoting our services. We may remove unlawful, misleading or inappropriate content.

10. Prohibited use

You must not use the website to commit fraud, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, harass others, submit false information, distribute malware, spam, scrape or collect data without permission, bypass security or interfere with the operation of the website. We may restrict access or cancel affected orders where reasonably necessary.

11. Third-party services and links

Our services may use or link to third-party platforms, payment providers, fulfilment partners and courier services. Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. REBELO is not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.

12. Accuracy and availability

We may correct typographical, pricing, availability, delivery or product-description errors, including after an order is submitted. We may update, suspend or discontinue all or part of the website when reasonably necessary.

13. Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. REBELO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify REBELO against third-party claims caused by your unlawful use of the services, breach of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.

15. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify also processes information as described in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts and consumer forums having jurisdiction under applicable Indian law may hear disputes. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue promptly.

17. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms by posting the revised version with a new effective date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
