REBELO is an India-focused apparel brand creating expressive everyday clothing around different interests, moods and personalities.
Are REBELO products made to order?
Many products are printed or prepared after an order is confirmed. This allows us to offer original artwork while reducing unnecessary finished inventory.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to serviceable addresses within India. Courier availability can vary by PIN code.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are expected within 5–10 business days after confirmation. Production, remote locations, festivals, weather and courier disruptions can affect estimates.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible PIN codes and orders. The checkout page will show whether it is available for your address and whether a fee applies.
How can I track my order?
Use the AWB number, Order ID or mobile number on our Track Order page. Tracking usually activates after the courier’s first scan.
How do I choose the correct size?
Use the size-guide button on the relevant product page. The chart changes according to the garment type, so check the chart shown for the exact product you are purchasing.
Can I exchange the size?
An eligible unworn and unwashed garment may be exchanged for another available size of the same product and colour. Contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery. See Returns & Exchanges for the steps.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Contact us immediately. A cancellation, address change or size change is possible only before the order enters printing, production or fulfilment.
How should I wash a printed T-shirt?
Turn it inside out, use cold or mild water with gentle detergent, avoid bleach, dry away from harsh direct heat and do not iron directly over the artwork.
